We have developed a house and run that would fit into almost any garden, our ark is small enough to be moved around the garden to offer fresh grass to the chickens but is also large enough to house 3 laying birds or 4 bantams. There is a removable perch and 2 nest boxes with external access. Ventelation is through the air strips in the top of the ark. A standard pop hole with chain allows for a sturdy entrance for the hens, and the removable side makes cleaning out the ark easy to do.
The optional run gives a safe area for the hens to enjoy, again this is accessed by a removable side panel.
We use foxproof weldmesh on all of our housing and runs as standard.
